With competitors catching up, the bank wanted to completely transform the way in which it provided their online services. The client wanted to transform their core banking software to be the latest extensible product. They also wanted to offer extended services to their existing, strong user base.
Reflections restructured and revamped the existing application’s user interface and developed a framework for selling other banking products, which was built and integrated into the newly introduced core banking solution. We improved the overall site architecture and navigation to enable easier browsing and a more frictionless experience. Each web page was designed in conjunction with the client’s requirements, and tuned for optimal performance across a range of devices and screen resolutions.
The implementation helped regain the confidence of the existing customer base, sell additional services to the current user base, and improved revenue and time to market. The new Alizz Islamic website is friendlier and more accessible, adhering to the bank’s brand values, while still communicating their core capabilities and credibility.
